We really enjoyed Emily and Anthony’s American Swedish Museum in FDR Park in Philadelphia. We started the day off at the Loews Hotel. When I arrived Emily was getting the final touches done to her hair and makeup. Anthony and his groomsmen were in their suite hanging out and watching football. Once everyone was dressed, we did a quick first look with Emily’s Dad (tears were shed) and then headed up the elevator to meet Anthony. Their first look was beautifully emotional and both were relieved to be together before the ceremony. We departed for the American Swedish Museum where we explored FDR Park with their bridal party for photos. We opted to do their family formal photos on the steps outside of the museum. It was a beautiful fall day to have an outdoor ceremony. Chairs were lined up on the manicured lawn with string lights outlining the space. Guests mingled and enjoyed their signature cocktails during cocktail hour before entering the tent for dinner and dancing. We concluded the evening with a sparkler send-off.
