Cassie and Johnny’s wedding at the Ashford Estate was beyond gorgeous. This is my first visit to the Ashford estate in Allentown, New Jersey, and I was blown away by how beautiful the grounds were. Johnny got ready in the groom shack, which had a pool table and kitchen for the groomsmen to enjoy. Cassie was in the bridal suite, getting her hair and makeup done, and got dressed in her room that had the most incredible bathroom. They both exchanged cards and gifts and shared a few tears before getting ready for their first look. Cassie’s dress was adorned with pearls, a cathedral-length veil, and a gorgeous train. They decided they wanted to exchange their vows, privately during their first look. We took photos all around the property, no matter where you looked. There was a gorgeous spot. The gardens were overflowing with flowers, and some were also in bloom. They rented an adorable golf cart that they got photos in which gave some of their portraits a fun twist their dog came along to grab a few photos with them as well. When it was time for the candlelit ceremony in the barn, Cassie tucked herself away so none of the guests would see her. The barn doors were opened for a very dramatic entrance for the bride. After they said, I do, they joined their guests for cocktails and champagne. Before the reception, Johnny and Cassie checked out the reception space. The ground was filled with candles and flowers and had a very classic romantic, feel. They danced the night away with their friends and family, and Cassie even changed into a cute short dress with sneakers to keep her comfy on the dance floor. It was truly an honor to be part of their big day.
