This Stockton Seaview wedding was a dream come true. The bridal suite was amazing with large gorgeous windows, beautiful panel drapes and plenty of room for my client’s friends and family to enjoy themselves before the ceremony. They were planning an outdoor ceremony and although it was a bit chilly, the sun was brilliant. Erin & Mike chose the Stockton Seaview because both Mike & Erin graduated from Stockton University (where they met) and of course because of the grounds and close proximity to the water. The staff at the Seaview were able to secure us a car to take us to the golf course across the street where we could see clear across the bay to Atlantic City and Brigantine. (Brigantine is where Mike first said I love you – let’s all say it together, “Awww!”) It was a true pleasure photographing this wedding, and many thanks to my second shooter Samantha Hatfield for her beautiful work.
Erin’s dress was a white strapless gown purchased from David’s Bridal and it suited her beautifully.
Sparkle Sperry boat shoes! This girl knew she wanted to be comfortable throughout her wedding day.
This flower girl tried hard to steal the show! She wanted to be involved in every aspect of the bride’s dressing. Including the garter!
This custom embroidered handkerchief was certainly needed once she saw Dad for the first time!
It’s always fun when the bridesmaids see the bride dressed for the first time! Their navy dresses were purchased from David’s Bridal
All of the bridesmaids gathered to put the finishing touches on the bride.
First look with Dad. Always so touching.
Oh the light in this suite! Just look at how gorgeous she looks in this portrait.
Portraits in the bridal suite are one of my favorite things to do.
The details and lace on the bride’s dress were so delicate.
A quick story here – the florist Erin used for her wedding was the same florist I used almost 11 years ago for my wedding. Maria from Mums the Word in Marlton NJ does absolutely gorgeous work
Even though Erin did not use a blusher, we had to take a few portraits of her with her veil down.
Just a few more steps to meet her groom at the alter! Seaview’s oval lawn offers an ideal place for an afternoon ceremony.
and a few tears..
and they’re hitched!
Erin & Mike’s program and many other aspects of their wedding day details were DIY. So cute!
The little ring bearer was a ham and absolutely loved the camera.
who says you only need one drink on your wedding day? Seaview took care of the bride with champagne and a signature cocktail.
Spring portraits on Seaview’s gorgeous grounds.
We took a van across the street to the golf greens by the water.
These two were a dream to work with – so easy going and fun. We would have stayed out on the course until the sun set, but it was time to party!
Did I mention the light?
And the stunning Erin in her David’s Bridal strapless gown.
Mike looking quite dapper in his Vera Wang tuxedo.
We were fortunate enough to have some glorious golden light for portraits before the reception.
these reeds offered a great backdrop.
Their first dance song was “Die a Happy Man” by thomas Rhett 🙂
First dance as husband and wife. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house!
Cheers! Congrats, guys.
